In this part-time contract role you will assist with bank card receipts and end of year reporting.
Administrative Support responsibilities include:
Ensuring proper documentation for each organization's purchases are present for accounting purposes Review bank card transactions by staff for appropriateness and advise cardholders to ensure compliance with policy Reconcile bank statements and receipts and use PeopleSoft to reallocate bank card purchases Contact staff regarding discrepancies and follow up as needed Initiate any necessary journal entries for corrections Requirements:
1-2 years of recent administrative assistant experience Strong proficiency in Office and in Google Suite Familiarity with PeopleSoft desirable Excellent customer service skills Strong attention to detail Must possess high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to adhere to a strict policy of confidentiality and ethical standards The Administrative Support role is a contract, part-time position (22.
5 hours per week) with a pay rate of $22.
00 per hour.
The position is located in Amherst and will run until mid-May.
