The Sustainability & Management Consulting team is environmentally and socially motivated, intent on making changes in the world while recognizing the balance required to ensure our clients' economic viability and business success.
The team seeks an experienced Associate Project Strategy Analyst to support our Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) Transaction Services Practice.
Project activities focus on the delivery and management of ESG due diligence and advisory services in a variety of industry sectors for both private equity (PE) and corporate (Strategic) clients.

This position is eligible for hybrid or remote-based dependent on candidate and location.
What you will accomplishComplete Environmental, Health & Safety, and Social (EHSS) Due Diligence for Corporate M&A Transactions.
Conduct Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs)Provide EHSS Compliance Auditing and Permitting Support.
Deliver ESG Corporate Support Services, including benchmarking, strategy development, data collection, management, verification, and reporting.
Experience and qualifications for successBachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or Finance/Economics.
Five (5) years of professional experience completing EHSS due diligence for Corporate M&A transactionsEHS/ESG due diligence experienceBroad understanding of market and business dynamics with flexibility to adjust to client's individual business needs.
Experience with domestic and international consulting engagements.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality written reports and verbal presentations.
Proven business development abilities, including identifying opportunities and developing, leading, and implementing pursuits.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work remotely and travel (domestic and international), often with short notice.
Schedule flexibility to be able to meet with international clients as needed.
Willingness/high tolerance to work toward aggressive client deadlines with fluid availability.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Graduate degrees and/or professional accreditations.
Candidates with more than five (5) years of professional experience completing Due Diligence for Corporate M&A transactions are encouraged to apply.

An employee in this remote-based position can expect a salary range of $84,630.

Actual pay within this range may depend on experience, qualifications, geographic location, client requirements where applicable, and other factors permitted by law.
Regular-status employees are also eligible for performance bonuses.
