oBuild relationships with and educate our customers in order to create sales.
oProcess, mix, proof, and fry bakery products.
oMaintain and organize bakery ingredient storage area.
oCollaborate with management in decision-making, direction and implementation to ensure that operational and sales goals are met.
oProvide training as needed through product knowledge and expertise.
oReceive, prepare, weigh, finish, slice, price, package, merchandise, and stock product as needed.
oMaintain proper department conditions (e.
g.
, shelf, case, sales floor, backroom, freezer, and cooler, etc.
).
oMaintain inventory and order adequate product as assigned (e.
g.
, in stock position, inventory management, days on hand, shrink).
oOperate, clean, and maintain equipment/machinery, tools, and workstations.
oPeriodically oversee and direct workflow as assigned.
oOperate a cash register where applicable.
#ZRRequirementsoPrevious perishable foods handling and/or preparation experience preferred.
oPrevious baking experience preferred.
