JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Associate, Training Development analyzes, designs, develops, implements, and evaluates training programs that focus on developing user competencies with technology tools in a wide variety of formats with emphasis on web based and mobile applications.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform skills assessments, analyze results, and develop training curriculum that meets identified needs
Design and develop training programs including web-based and mobile applications
Develop course learning objectives and ensure content aligns with business objectives
Develop comprehensive assessments to measure learning results
Analyze assessment results, make recommendations to address training issues, and implement curriculum improvements
Develop ROI (Return on Investment) evaluations for training courses and present results to stakeholders
Develop comprehensive reporting on training KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
Manage internal/external resources assigned to training development projects to ensure training objectives are met, project launches are successful, and business objectives are met/exceeded
Manage projects to ensure objectives, timelines, and launches are successful and meet/exceed business objectives
Select instructional media to address training needs
Maintain training content for existing programs to ensure it meets the on-going learning needs of the global user community
Adapt instructional materials for multiple formats
Facilitate/lead training courses as needed
Stay up-to-date with developments in both commercial and custom-build software products used in the organization
Coordinate logistics for training projects
Manage special projects as required
Other duties as assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT
Education
Bachelor's degree in instructional design, business, IT, adult education, or human resources required.
Experience
Minimum 5 years proven experience applying adult learning principles and training methodologies (including ADDIE) to training development activities
3+ years proven experience developing web based and mobile applications
Exceptional computer skills, including a minimum of 3 years of experience with instructional design tools (Adobe Acrobat Professional, Captivate, etc.), Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel
Video on demand development experience
Demonstrated experience in leading classroom and virtual training courses
Experience integrating training courses, assessments, and tracking in a LMS (Learning Management System)
Demonstrated experience using virtual meeting software (GoTo Meeting, Live Meeting, etc.)
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP software a plus
Experience with uPerform, InfoPak, or SAP productivity pack a plus

Ability to assess risk and develop recommendations to address project issues
Strong working knowledge of Instructional Design methodology
Strong web based and mobile development skills
Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to interact successfully with associates at all levels in a global environment
Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
Excellent project management skills
Excellent organizational skills including the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing conditions
Strong customer service orientation
Ability to analyze training issues, recommend, plan, and execute improvement actions
Tech-savvy and familiarity with emerging technology and industry-related trends

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
