Job Title: Marketing Database Specialist
Location: Western Massachusetts
Position Details
We have an outstanding opportunity for a Marketing Database Specialist to develop and manage the support operations related to the consumer marketing team and customer base in the US. The successful candidate will provide analysis support to the database marketing team in the maintenance of the customer database team.
Provide analysis support large amounts of transactional data, analyses the data, interprets and quantifies trends in purchasing patters. You'll be hands-on in creating dashboards & reporting.
The main job requirements are:
o Strong SQL, Access, and Excel
o Advanced reporting skills with Crystal Reports or related software
o Experience with statistical reporting
o Marketing and or Sales Support experience
o Campaign development, testing, and measurement experience
BS or equivalent. The ideal candidate must have a demonstrated track record of experience in database analysis and advanced reporting. Significant technical sales aptitude, expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, Statistical software systems a plus. Strong interpersonal skills a must.
