Summary:
Responsible for insuring the efficient operation of the property under the direction of the Property Manager. Able to assume responsibility for the property in the Property Manager's absence.
Thorough knowledge of leasing techniques and sales methods as designated by Konover Residential Corporation and its affiliated companies. Knowledge of property rental information.
Operating the property within the financial guidelines, i.e., the budget, established by the Regional Property Manager and owner.
Leasing of the property; insuring through supervision of the office and leasing personnel that all sales techniques and methods required by the management company are being used effectively and in a professional manner.
Responsible for property maintenance of all resident and property files.
Insuring that all personnel respond to resident requests or complaints in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.
Market surveys and awareness of market conditions and developing and administering a marketing plan for the property under the guidance of the Regional Property Manager.
Collection of rents and all monies on site including daily bank deposits and records.
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combinations of education and experience.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
