Seeking individual with 3
years in Human Resources with a PHR or SPHR designation and manufacturing industry experience.
Activities:
Oversee recruitment efforts, including internal job postings, pre-screenings and interviews, writing and presenting job offers, ensuring new hire paperwork is completed, and handling exit interviews of resigning employees.
Verify proper compliance to Affirmative Action and EEO requirements.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for the company.
Create, update, and enforce company policies and procedures.
Oversee bonus, commission, or other special payrolls, coordinate with accounting and payroll personnel to ensure accurate processing.
Coordinate associate recognition and rewards programs.
Participate with administration and promotion of all benefit plans for new hires.
Aid in administration of the Company safety and risk management programs, ensuring regulatory and legal compliance.
Education:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or similar.
PHR or SPHR certification.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
