Job Title: Onboarding Support
Job Description: Administrative
Encharter is looking for a responsible Onboarding team member to learn the tasks associated with welcoming new customers. This position has contact with new customers as well as current customers, professionalism, and great customer service skills required. We are looking for a dynamic individual who has, attention to detail, friendly telephone demeanor, and great time management skills to work in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Welcome calls/letters/emails:
Responsible for reviewing provided reports to make outbound calls, send emails and letters to new customers.
Request for Information (RFI):
Use encrypted email to secure additional documents from new customers to complete their file
Support Team Lead as needed
General office administration:
Front desk back up coverage as needed
Attend Encharter events as needed
Other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Basic Excel knowledge is required.
Insurance license is not required
Education:
Minimum high school degree; Associates preferred
Other:
M-F, 8:00am-4:30pm, Lexington, MA or Amherst, MA office



Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
